theEZsite.com has been in business for three years and is rapidly expanding.
 

 Does your phone ring in US?

Yes,  our headquarters is located in Chicago, Illinois and all our business is done within the United States.  When you talk with us, you will be talking directly with our immediate employees, not outsourced technical support.
 

 What are your hours of operation?

We are always available via email, and we can be contacted by phone at 773-913-2597 or toll free at 800-956-3370 between the hours of 9am and 5pm, Monday through Friday.
 

 Should I use your services if I don't live or operate my business or organization in Chicago?

Our clients live and operate their websites all over the world.  Even with clients in Chicago, our business is done over the phone, talking person to person, or via email.  We are dedicated to establishing a friendly relationship with our clients, and strive for the intimate experience that large corporations and call centers simply cannot provide, regardless of the physical distance between us.

 What types of clients do you serve?

Most of our clients are small to medium-sized independent businesses and organizations.

How long does it take to setup my website?

Generally it takes less than a week  for a simple, informational site, from the time you approve your website preview. However, depending upon the complexity of the project and the requested features it may take longer.

 Do you register doman names with your hosting and design package?

Yes, we can register a unique domain name for you along with our website hosting and design package.
 

 Can I use my existing website address if I host with theEZsite.com?

Yes, we can transfer your domain name over from a previous website address.
 

Can I set up an online store on my website?

Our websites are e-commerce ready!  It's very easy to integrate shopping solutions like PayPal or AmeriCart and a whole array of others on your pages. However, if you're looking to sell many items on your site we can setup a robust Virtual Store with online shopping capabilities.
 

 After you have designed our website, how do I manage it?

theEZsite.com offers a versatile Content Management System with the Content Editor.  With this system you can create new pages and edit existing pages easily and hassle free.  No HTML or web knowledge is needed.  For clients with HTML and coding experience, our Content Editor also allows you to view and edit the source code however you wish.


 Will we get a chance to review and suggest modifications to the website before it is launched?

Absolutely, we strive for the best possible client relations.  We are interested in fully discussing all aspects of your website before launching to make sure we provide you with the best quality website available.

How much do your websites cost on average?

We take Mastercard and Visa.  We have no hidden charges, and you will never be charged without advance notification for hosting service renewals.
